The KnoxHMIS is helping our community plan and implement the Knoxville Area Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).

KnoxHMIS is sponsored by the City of Knoxville, the East Tennessee Coalition to End Homelessness, Knox County, Comcast, the University of Tennessee and administered by the UT College of Social Work Office of Research and Public Service (SWORPS).

Updates

HUD Data Standards Update

In response to the new HUD Data Standards, the client intake form has been updated to include the new data elements. It is now available for agency use. Updated Client Intake Form

Please note that, as of September 14th, 2009, the ServicePoint program will be modified to include changes to the HUD Data and Technical Standards. For most users, these changes will only be seen as additional options for answers to questions; however, some users, primarily outreach workers and users at HPRP funded agencies, will see additional changes. Case Manager User Bulletin

In order to simplify use, a recent change has been made to the location and functionality of the Case Manager sub-assessment. For more information, please review the Case Manager User Bulletin or contact HMIS Support.
